Ingredients
Cranberry and Rosemary Simple Syrup
- 1pc allspice
- 1 quill cinnamon
- 1 pc clove
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 2 cups of fresh cranberries
- 2 X 1inch wide piece of orange zest
- 2 cups of sugar 3 cups of water
Cocktail
- 2 oz of Pin High Vodka
- 3oz of simple syrup
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 pc of orange zest
- 1/2 oz of pasteurized egg white
- Ice cubes
- 2 oz of seltzer water
Preparation
Cranberry and Rosemary Simple Syrup
Cook for 30 minutes and then steep for 2 hours. Strain through cheese cloth and chill.
Assembly
Shake for 2 minutes pour over ice in a chilled rocks glass garnish with rosemary and orange.
