Muddle mint leaves, one cucumber ribbon, lime juice and simple syrup.
Add gin and ice and shake.
Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Thread cucumber onto a bamboo skewer, top with mint sprig and place across the coupe glass.
- 3 o,z Bombay Dry Gin
- 1 oz. Fresh squeezed Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
- 5 Mint Leaves (and the top of a sprig for garnish)
- 2 Cucumber Ribbons (one for garnish)

- Hawthorne strainer
- Sieve
- Coupe glass
- Bamboo skewer
- Ice
